At The Frozen Cart Shop, we take pride in delivering high-quality products built for performance and durability. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are subject to the policy outlined below.


Returns

Because our carts are large, custom-built, and shipped via freight:

  • Returns are not accepted once an order has been shipped or delivered.
  • Custom or branded carts are final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if production or shipping has already begun.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

  • The item arrives severely damaged and is reported correctly (see Damage Policy below)
  • The wrong item was shipped due to our error

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Inspect the item before signing delivery
  2. Note all damage on the delivery receipt
  3. Take clear photos of:
    • The product
    • Packaging (inside and outside)
  4. Email us immediately with all documentation

⚠️ Important:
If damage is not noted at delivery, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement.


Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Improper use or handling of the product
  • Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
