 Our Quality Commitment

Each cart is crafted with care using durable, premium materials and undergoes quality checks before shipping.

Due to the nature of manufacturing and assembly, minor variations or cosmetic imperfections may occur and do not affect functionality.

 Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 8 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging
  • All original components, tags, and accessories must be included

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Once approved, securely package the item in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our team

⚠️ Returns without an approved RMA number will not be accepted.

 Fees & Shipping Costs

  • A minimum 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account

 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or branded carts
  • Used or damaged items (not due to shipping)
  • Items returned without original packaging

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please refer to our Shipping & Damage Policy and report the issue immediately.

We will work quickly to resolve the issue through replacement or compensation where applicable.
