If Your Product Arrives Damaged
While rare, shipping issues can occur. Please follow these steps carefully:
1. Inspect Before Signing

2. Document the Damage
- Note all damage clearly on the delivery receipt
- Take clear photos of:
- The damaged areas
- Packaging (inside and outside)
3. Accept or Reject the Delivery
You may choose to:
- Reject the shipment, or
- Accept it with damage noted
4. Contact Us Immediately
Send all photos and documentation to:

Important Delivery Timing
- If your order is delivered to a freight terminal, it must be collected within 2 days
- If scheduled for delivery, it must be received on the agreed delivery date
Failure to meet these conditions may result in damage risks, and we cannot be held responsible.
⚠️ Note: Fiberglass carts are more delicate and may be more susceptible to damage if left with freight carriers for extended periods. Please arrange prompt collection or delivery.
Our Damage Resolution Process
Reporting Timeframe

Replacement or Compensation
- If the item is rejected → we will arrange a replacement (if in stock)
- If accepted → we will assess and provide fair compensation or replacement parts

Please allow up to 10 business days for resolution, including shipping of replacement parts or compensation.
Important Notice
If damage is not recorded on the delivery document at the time of arrival, we cannot guarantee compensation or replacement.
