Overview
At The Frozen Cart Shop, we take pride in delivering high-quality products built for performance and durability. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are subject to the policy outlined below.
Returns
Because our carts are large, custom-built, and shipped via freight:
- Returns are not accepted once an order has been shipped or delivered.
- Custom or branded carts are final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if production or shipping has already begun.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:
- The item arrives severely damaged and is reported correctly (see Damage Policy below)
- The wrong item was shipped due to our error
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged:
- Inspect the item before signing delivery
- Note all damage on the delivery receipt
- Take clear photos of:
- The product
- Packaging (inside and outside)
- Email us immediately with all documentation
⚠️ Important:
If damage is not noted at delivery, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Improper use or handling of the product
- Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
